Ticket FAQ

Admission is managed by your e-ticket (either a printout or on your mobile phone) matched against your ID. We then give you a wristband to wear which is vital for entering the event over the weekend. If you are unable to print your tickets before the event and you can’t find your e-ticket on your phone, please bring your order number and photo ID to the on-site box office located at the entrance.

  • Saturday 7th          10.00 – 18.00
  • Sunday 8th            10.00 – 17.00

Standard Weekend Ticket – £20 in advance (plus booking fee) and £25 on the door.

A standard weekend ticket covers both Saturday and Sunday, allowing for multiple entry and free access to the live performance hall. Single person use.

VIP Weekend Ticket – £80 in advance (plus booking fee)

A VIP weekend ticket covers both Saturday and Sunday and must be bought in advance. The VIP weekend ticket offers free access to the VIP lounge, a very cool goodie bag and guaranteed access to the live performance hall and the Rhythm Hall of Fame awards on Sunday. Meet the artists, mix with the brands and basically swan about with a cool VIP laminated Rhythm Grand Slam ID card.

Why go VIP?

Hang out with the industry and the artists. Ticket numbers are limited but as a VIP you’ll get up close and personal with the drum industry, their endorsees and the incredible line-up of players over the weekend. Go on, you know you’re worth it. Plus, you get a goody bag with loads of cool stuff and access to the Slam’s exclusive VIP lounge where the artists and brands will be mingling.

Purchasing and Refunds

Our tickets are sold separately through AXS. This is for your security and so we can get advance ticket buyers seamless access to the Wembley complex. If you need a refund because you made a mistake in ordering and meant to buy tickets for Disney on Ice please go through the system on our ticket page on the AXS Tickets website.

We cannot offer refunds after Monday, 2nd November 2020.

Can I buy a day ticket?

All our tickets are “weekend passes” simply because we wanted to reward our visitors by allowing multiple-entry all weekend. We don’t sell separate tickets for one day – you simply have to choose between Standard or VIP and then both days are included, as well as access to the live room for our fantastic line-up of performances. But it is first-come first-served, so get in quick.

Can I bring my friends?

Each ticket is for one person, but you can re-enter the show anytime (with ID against information on our scanners) so one ticket cannot be shared between friends or the sad bloke with no spare cash. The wristbands we put on you have to be worn and left on if you want to return the next day. Please don’t remove your wristband and give it to someone else.

If someone offers to sell you tickets online, say no. Buy fresh ones from our official box office.

Are kids free?

Yes, if they are 5 or younger – anyone over the age of 6 will need his or her own ticket.

Your E-Tickets…

Check your spam

  1. Check you are looking at the right email account
  2. Contact us with your order details and we will check our accounts

When you arrive at Wembley:

You can show your ticket as a printout or on your smartphone. Once the barcode has been scanned, you will get your wristband which means the ticket is then used and invalidated. If you’ve bought multiple tickets, you can share them out to your group, but each one can only be used once.

Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

Sorry, no, we don’t sell any tickets over the phone. Please visit the AXS ticketing website to purchase your tickets.

Multiple tickets

If one person buys a bunch of tickets, they will all be issued in the buyer’s name. That’s no problem as long as each ticket is used once by one person. We check names against barcodes on each wristband.
